My son will be 5/6 months by the time we need help. My husband and I both work from home, he is on calls a bit more than I, but we will need help during the workday with B. We also have a 3-year-old black lab, he is very sweet and great with baby B - so having someone comfortable with dogs is important to us. Tentative hours - 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
