My husband and I are looking for a nanny to care for our 1-year-old son. I work from my home office so I am around during the day. We are looking for an experienced, patient, and loving nanny. Responsibilities include general childcare, cleaning up after child, following sleep schedules, healthy meal prep, understanding of child development with emphasis on skill building, play, and exploration. Our last nanny followed Montessori principles and we would love to find that again. We would love someone who is a clear/open communicator and has positive energy. Our parenting style is a freedom within boundaries approach. Required: 3+ year of professional nanny experience with infants and toddlers, First Aid & CPR certified. Clean driving license and reliable car. Excellent references. Up to date Flu, TDap, and Covid vaccines.
