We're seeking a warm, nurturing nanny to join us long-term as this is our first baby and we hope to grow our family. **Start Date:** January 21st (ramp up), full-time January 28th **Schedule:** 35-40 hours/week, typically 8:45am-5 p.m. with some flexibility **Responsibilities:** - Provide attentive, loving, and engaging care with varied activities (outdoor play, music, reading, sensory play, arts & crafts) - Prepare organic/vegetarian whole foods for baby - Maintain sleep schedules and routines - Baby-related housekeeping (meal cleanup, laundry, tidying) - Optional light family meal prep **Requirements:** - 5+ years nanny experience **Ideal Candidate:** Warm, patient, reliable, creative, excellent communicator who shares our values around respectful parenting and natural development.
