Regular Baby Sitter For 1 Year Old In SF!

I'm looking for a regular babysitter for 1 child, who just turned 1, based in the Mission. We want someone we can go to for help mostly in the evenings on Friday and Saturday nights. E. g 7 p.m. - 11 p.m. roughly. Some light tidying up would be really helpful like clearing away toys and loading the dishwasher. We'd love some help starting this Saturday (December 6th), so if you would be open to meeting briefly before then it would be great to know. We've never used a babysitter before, so we'd appreciate building a relationship with someone who we trust for ongoing help. To start off with, I'm planning on being around for bedtime routine so responsibilities would be very light. We have a miniature dachshund, so you must be comfortable with pets. I can't emphasise this enough, because he won't let you watch tv without cuddling.
