Looking For Versatile Household Helper (Childcare, Cleaning, Organizing, Meal Prep, Errands)

Hi! We're in need of a versatile "household helper" who can assist us for about 3 hours each weekday morning, ideally from 8-11 a.m. We have three kids ages 1, 4, and 8 and we are overloaded! I can take our younger two to daycare at a little after 8am, but our 2nd graders school doesnt start till 9:30 a.m. and my husband and I need to start work before then. So we would like help with: (a) getting our kids ready for school, (b) reading and finishing homework with our 2nd grader for 30 minutes, (c) walking our 2nd grader to school, (d) tidying up / organizing our home, and (d) doing some light dinner prep or perhaps running errands within walking distance. Most days my husband and I can work from home so will be around to answer questions but we are aiming to find someone who is largely self-sufficient. Thanks for your consideration!
