Live-in Nanny & Household Manager Web Job # 10838 Job Date: 11/24/2025 Location: San Francisco, California Schedule: The schedule will be full days on Saturdays and Sundays, with mornings and evenings during the week. Flexibility is required, especially when traveling with the family. Overnights will occasionally be needed Children: 22-month-old twins and 3 years old Duties: The duties include childcare, attend children's classes and activities, children's event planning, children's laundry, cooking for children, driving children, homework help, light housekeeping and traveling extensively with the family for 3 to 6 months. Additional duties are managing family calendar, personal shopping, purchasing children's items, running errands, scheduling appointments, cooking, family event planning, family laundry, grocery shopping, meal prep, scheduling vendors, washing dishes, and vehicle maintenance Requirements: This active family is seeking an experienced, proactive professional who will keep the children engaged, safe, and well cared for while maintaining a smoothly and efficiently run household. They value individuals with strong judgment, reliability, and the ability to multitask and anticipate needs. The family encourages their children to take part in daily routines and decision-making, guided by Montessori principles and modeled behavior from the adults in the home. The ideal candidate will have previous live-in experience, a background in international travel, and a proven record of success in a Household Manager role. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain all recommended vaccinations including COVID-19, annual flu, Tdap, and MMR. Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish in addition to English is strongly preferred. A vehicle will be provided for use during working hours Salary: $125, 000. 00-$150, 000. 00 Benefits: This position offers paid vacation, paid sick days, plus guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year, and cell phone reimbursement. The family offers additional time off in lieu of the standard holidays. Additionally the client will be using a payroll service Pet Details: Two Pomeranians, both 4 years old and 6 pounds
