Full-Time ROTA Nanny Needed for Three Children San Francisco POSITION: Full-Time Professional ROTA Nanny SCHEDULE: Monday-Sunday 6:30 am - 8:30 pm 7 days on/7 days off schedule CHILDREN: 3 children ages 5, 4, and 2.5 years old SALARY: $125K-$150K + Benefits Package IDEAL START DATE: November or December 2025! Their three children-ages 5, 4, and 2.5-attend the same Montessori preschool and love learning through play and exploration. They've had a wonderful long-term nanny for four years, and as she transitions to a new career, they're looking for a new ROTA nanny to join their experienced team. They have a hypoallergenic bestie who rounds out the tribe, so someone comfortable with a friend dog is a must. For this position, we are only considering candidates who currently reside in the San Francisco Bay Area. Out-of-state candidates are not being considered. Their Ideal Candidate The family is seeking a confident, capable, and grounded ROTA nanny who thrives in a structured yet warm environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and able to step in seamlessly without needing much direction. They're looking for someone who's academically minded, can assist with homework as the kids grow, and brings a calm, competent presence to the home. A great fit is someone who's on top of things, takes initiative, and handles challenges with ease and has a positive, easy-going can-do attitude. An energetic candidate who enjoys the outdoors and the business of a bustling household would thrive in their environment. Responsibilities Provide loving, developmentally appropriate care for three children (ages 5, 4, and 2.5) Manage all child-related tasks: laundry, linens, organization, meal prep, and food for the children Coordinate daily routines, activities, and school schedules Encourage learning and curiosity through play and Montessori principles Help with homework and age-appropriate academic development Drive children safely to school and activities (family car provided) Travel occasionally with the family to Sonoma and Utah Additional Details Live-in accommodations available during on-weeks Candidates must live locally. Out-of-state candidates are not being considered. Must be an experienced driver Looking for someone in the age range of roughly 25-40 who's active, dependable, and easy to work with To ensure the success of our nanny position, we have established the following requirements: A minimum of 5 years of recent, professional experience in childcare. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. Impressive references from past employers, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and exceptional childcare skills. Willingness to undergo two background checks, namely Trustline and Nanny Verify, ensuring the safety and security of our children. Valid U.S. citizenship or work authorization. Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CPR certification (if applicable). Current vaccinations, including flu, Tdap, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination and boosters.
