San Francisco family needs a full-time nanny. Must love kids and our ideal match should be able to provide structured, routine-driven care for a 6-month-old at home. Specifically, provide structured, routine-driven care like strictly follow the sleep plan and support independent self-soothing for naps and bedtime. Maintain feeding routines as directed and run age-appropriate milestone work (e. g., rolling/turning) during wake windows. Able to triage crying child and texting / calling parents for real-time decisions if needed. Log all feeds, diapers, naps, and activities in Huckleberry throughout the shift with end-of-day summary.
