Title: Full-time Nanny, Live-in or Live-out, Flexible & Pitch-in Web Job #: 10539 Salary: $35. 00-$45. 00 Job Date: 9/1/2025 Location: Cow Hollow Neighborhood, San Francisco, California. Schedule: The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. however an earlier start and later end time will be required on occasion. The family requires flexibility for date nights and adjusting the schedule slightly as needed. Children: Newborn and 2-year-old. Older child will be in part-time preschool. Duties: The responsibilities include childcare, children's laundry, light housekeeping, driving children, cooking for children, errands, traveling with the family for an occasional long weekend and a week two or three times per year, plus one international trip in the summer. Requirements: This Family is open to both live-in and live-out arrangements. They seek a warm, attentive, and engaging caregiver who prioritizes building strong connections with the children while supporting their development. The ideal candidate is neat, organized, proactive, and intuitive-able to read the room and collaborate effectively with a hands-on mother, ensuring she has quality time with the children as needed. The family values home-cooked meals for the children, outdoor activities, high engagement without screens or phones, open communication, discretion, and flexibility. The caregiver must be capable of handling both children when needed, adaptable as the family's needs evolve, and genuinely enjoy being part of the family's daily life while helping to keep things running smoothly. A valid driver's license is required, and access to a car for work-related use is strongly preferred. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain childhood vaccinations such as flu shots, Tdap, MMR, and Polio. For live-in arrangements, accommodations include a private guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on a separate floor from the family. Benefits: The position offers two weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days, and guaranteed 40 hours pay 52 weeks of the year. Additionally, the client will be using a payroll service.
