Were expecting a baby girl in January and looking for experienced overnight help. What we need: 3 nights/week to start (with potential to increase to 5) Approx. 10pm6 a.m. (flexible) Newborn care overnight: feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, keeping a simple log Light baby-related tasks while she sleeps (bottles/pump parts, baby laundry, tidy nursery) Looking for someone with strong newborn experience (night nurse/NCS/postpartum doula or similar). Please share your experience, availability, and rate for both night or day time rate (hourly or per night).
