Evening Help In Carmel Valley- 3 YO Twins And 4.5 YO; Mon-Thur In 92130- Possible Hrs On Weekends

We are looking for someone to help our family primarily evenings from 4:30-7/7:30, Mon-Thur in Carmel Valley. We have a 4. 5 YO and 3 YO twins. You will be an extra set of hands - helping pick up the kids, take walks, play, eat dinner, take baths, and prep for bedtime. Some nights when mom is traveling, the time could extend until 8 p.m. We need someone that has multiple toddler and/or twin experience and is used to being part of a family atmosphere. We are looking for positivity, patience, proactiveness, reliability, creativity and ability to de-escalate normal toddler tantrums, including sibling rivalry. We also will need help on weekends periodically and extra points if you can ever do early mornings (6-8 am) when mom is traveling or overnights. We have had our current nanny for over a year but her schedule is changing.
