Part Time Nanny Needed For 4 Month Old

Looking for a part time nanny for our 4-month-old daughter. My husband and I both work from home and are ideally looking at flexible hours anywhere from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our schedules vary week to week so someone who is flexibke and okay to work different hours every week is ideal. We also want someone who is comfortable going up and down stairs and can sit on the floor for tummy time. Our daughter will be about 4. 5 months old at the start date and we'd be looking at a longer term (multiple months) care. We'd appreciate someone who is willing to do light housekeeping (cleaning up after themselves, dishes, vacuuming, laundry etc) and cooking if it is a skill or passion, then we would not mind that at all but it's not required. We have a very friendly dog, 60 lb pit/boxer mix and a cat.
