Nanny Needed For 1 Child In San Diego.

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in San Diego. We would prefer a nanny who is comfortable with pets. Our family is military, we have 3 kids and a small French bulldog. We are requesting help mainly for our 2-month-old boy. Since my 13-year-old goes to school and the 4-year-old requires no care. The assistance we need is helping my wife with our newborn, he has colic and acid reflux which makes him cry and lack of sleep. We just need help for at least 3-5 hours a day. My wife will be there at the home when tending to the baby until we feel comfortable, it is our first time trying go hire a sitter.
