Looking For A Long-term Sitter With Schedule Flexibility

Looking to replace my two incredible sitters in July/August. Starting the search early, To make sure it's great fit. I have one child who's 4 years old. (potentially a second child if I take another foster kiddo) There was no way to post my actual schedule needs, I am a nurse with a variable schedule. The short explanation is I need help some mornings with preschool drop off from 6:30 to 8:30. AND/OR pick up around 5 to 730, or 5 to 1130 if I'm working late. Just looking for somebody who's flexible and doesn't mind if hours change. 2-4 days/week. Obviously, I'm looking for somebody who is fun, loves kids, is sweet with them, but can enforce boundaries, and flexible with a car for drop off/pick up. I'm looking for somebody who actually wants to do more long-term. Because switching sitters when you find good care is so difficult.
