Seeking Full Time Nanny For 5 Month Old In Point Loma

I'm looking for a full time nanny to help us with our infant daughter when my husband and I go back to work after parental leave. She will be about 5 months old at the start date. Looking for additional help with light housekeeping and possible meal prep, too. We live in a single family home in Point Loma, and have 2 cats. Ideally would like someone who has occasional availability for babysitting for date nights or weekends (likely very rarely). Looking to hire someone full time (40 hours per week), with an alternating weekday off (my husband is an ER doctor, and his shifts always change, so he will be around some days).
