Special Needs Caregiver For 17 Year Old

Hello, we are looking for a reliable, attentive, hopefully long term caregiver for our 17-year-old daughter A. She has cerebral palsy, uses a wheelchair, nonverbal but has multiple ways of communicating, needs assistance with feeding, shower, toileting and meds. She is a cuddle bug who loves books being read to her, strumming her guitar, cruising in her gait trainer, and swimming in our pool. She needs constant supervision as she is able to sit up and scoot around. She sometimes gets mad or overwhelmed. She adores her older sister, who has the same diagnosis, but is more medically complex. Our ideal candidate is fun, easy going, and fits in with our family and other caregivers. We enjoy the zoo, science center, aquarium, or hanging in the backyard. Looking for initially 2-3 days but potentially increase once school is out.
