Part Time Nanny/babysitter For Infant Starting In The New Year

We're looking for a part-time nanny/babysitter for our 4month old baby girl. Ideal person is fun, responsible, and an engaging caretaker with experience with infants. We're active people so getting outside everyday with the baby is vital. We're not super scheduled, but would appreciate our caretaker follow routines we've set in place to help maintain healthy sleep and eating patterns. We're pretty flexible with timing and payment type; therefore, would be very open to accommodating the right persons' schedule. For example, happy to accommodate T/Thu or pay by the month.
