Seeking Flexible Full-time Nanny, Prefer Bilingual Care Provider

We're looking for a full-time nanny for our healthy newborn (baby boy born April 2024) to start in August, but would like to have care set up by the end of July. Both parents are surgeons, and can have early start times to the day and late work hours in the OR. It would be great to have a bilingual care provider (ideally Spanish or French speaking , spoken by parents) and we would appreciate if our nanny had some flexibility for night/weekend 'overtime' coverage for days we run late or are both on call. We will likely be hiring additional nanny and/or babysitter help for after 'traditional' work hours. Potential for long-term relationship for the right fit!
