Nanny Needed For 1 Child

Hello my name is Megan and my husband and I have an almost 16-month-old son (as of May 2024) who we absolutely love and adore. I am pregnant with our 2nd babe, due June 15th. My husband and I will be on leave together once baby comes but we are hoping to have a gal come 1-2 times a week to help with our older son. I'm flexible on which day(s) of the week but would prefer middle of the day, 10-3 p.m. Reliability is one of my biggest pet peeves. Looking for someone who shows up, shows up on time and is tender and compassionate for our boy. We live with family and like I mentioned will be home while you're here so the house will be full and fun. Also looking for someone who takes charge and organizes my sons room and helps clean up any messes made during the time you're here. I go above and beyond and am really hoping for someone who does the same.
