Long-term Nanny To Join Our Family In Ross

Hi there - we are looking for a full time nanny to join our family. Our current nanny has been with us for 5 years and is leaving to try another career - we are sad to see her go but happy for her new adventure. We have 3 kids, ages 6/3. 5/1. We also have a wonderful house manager who does childcare part time as well. Given that, the nanny we are looking for would mostly be with 1-2 of our kids at once - our 1 yr old most of the day and/or our 3. 5/6 yr old in the afternoon after school. Exact hours somewhat flexible but targeting ~30-40 hours per week. My husband and I both work full time, part time at home and part time in SF. Must love kids, have great energy, be a strong communicator, good driver and - most importantly - be excited to help us raise kind, respectful and curious little people!
