Mommy's Helper Needed For Family Of 5

Hi! We are an easy going family looking for a part time and very flexible mommy's helper to help me while I work from home. I will be starting a new job December 1 so I need someone that can be flexible and patient with me in the first month to figure out more consistent days and time I need help the most. I have a 5-month-old I would mostly need help with during my work hours and occasionally watch my two other kids when they get out of school. I also have pets (2 dogs and 2 cats) at home. I'm looking for someone that can get to know our family dynamic and hopefully work with us long term as we would like someone who can also occasionally help with date nights, pet sitting, or house sitting and just overall be our family's support!
