Looking For Long - Term, Flexible Infant Care. Willing To Train.

Hello, I am looking for long-term, flexible childcare for my sweet baby (born in October) beginning sometime in early 2026. I typically work from home Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm. And my husband will be working from home as well a few days a week. However, I'm a freelance worker and my schedule may vary depending on my employer but I'm usually booked. There will be periods where I'm not working so I need someone who's flexible. Typically I'll work a job for a month or two and then immediately start a new project or have some time off in between. Can be as little as a day or as long as a month or more. I'll be as transparent as I can and give as much notice as I have if / when my contracts end. What I'm looking for: - loving and patient - Enjoys kids and comfortable with newborns and babies. - cuddle and hold the baby - maintain sleep /wake schedule (sometimes she might need contact naps) - change diapers - creative / engaging playtime - familiar with child development/ baby milestones - loves nature and takes baby outside (we have a park in walking distance and a backyard with toys) - flexible - non smoker, mature, responsible, college educated preferred - vaccinated - transportation not required - no spanking / hitting / shouting - no drugs / alcohol I don't need someone super experienced, my work is flexible and I can be available to train. There will most likely be a lot of downtime. I am nursing so no need to prep bottles. I really just need someone who's flexible to hang with us and keep baby busy when I'm working. I also have a 4 year old daughter who is usually in daycare. But occasionally may be home if the school is closed. Our family values love and respect for all people and creatures. I believe in kindness, compassion, and respect. All people deserve to be heard regardless of age, race, religion, gender, or preference. I also strongly value nature, stewardship and the outdoors. Looking for someone empathetic and patient. I have a newborn baby who loves milk, cuddles, and pooping. I have a 4 year old who loves all things Disney princess. She's energetic and likes to run around. She also likes arts and crafts, snacks, pretend play and books.
