Full-time Nanny, Flexible & Pitch-in Web Job # 10830 Job Date: 11/24/2025 Location: Woodside, California Schedule: The schedule will be 40 hours per week between the hours of 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Flexibility is expected to accommodate the changing needs of the family and to cover travel, team vacations and sick time Children: 1 and 4 years old Duties: The duties are childcare, coordinate, research and facilitate playdates and extracurricular activities, preparing healthy meals and snacks, child related light housekeeping and laundry, pack and unpack using checklists, travel with the family, maintain an inventory and ensure children's items are fully stocked, maintain all documents on the Drive, maintain the pediatric medical kit, assist with school paperwork as needed, manage the nanny and children's calendar, liaising with school and teachers as needed Requirements: This family is seeking another Nanny to join their team to help raise grounded, responsible and happy children. The priority is to provide a loving, nurturing, and safe environment while instilling family values and providing learning opportunities for the children through play. Must have a can do mindset and be able to work seamlessly in a multi staffed, team environment. It is expected that the Nanny will pitch in as and where needed to ensure everything runs smoothly. Ability to work some holidays is required, these will be rotated through all of the Nannies. Candidate must have or be willing to obtain vaccinations including COVID, annual flu shots, Tdap and MMR Salary: $45. 00-$55. 00 depending on experience Benefits: This position offers paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days, plus guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year, a medical insurance plan, 401k with matching and mileage reimbursement.
