Live-in or Live-out Nanny & Family Assistant, Athletic & Proactive Web Job # 10816 Job Date: 11/3/2025 Location: Woodside, California Schedule: The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Children: 1, 3 and 6 years old Duties: The duties include childcare teaming with an Au Pair and active stay-at-home mom, attending children's classes and activities, driving children, children's event planning, children's laundry, cooking for children, homework help, light housekeeping, managing family calendar, managing school emails by flagging important dates for mom and the estate manager, personal shopping, purchasing children's items, running errands, grocery shopping, and scheduling appointments. Ability to cook simple meals for the whole family on occasion is a plus Requirements: The Candidate will work collaboratively with an Au Pair and an active stay-at-home mom to provide high-quality childcare. The ideal individual will be comfortable caring for children ranging from infants to school-aged and will demonstrate professionalism, energy, intelligence, warmth, and flexibility. This role requires someone who thrives in a structured, multi-staffed household and communicates effectively. The mom is direct and provides real-time feedback, so the Candidate must be receptive and adaptable. A valid driver's license and access to a car for work use are required. Candidate must have or be willing to obtain vaccinations including COVID, annual flu shots, Tdap and MMR, be tech-savvy, and hold a college degree if preferred. Ability to travel internationally is required, although travel is rare Salary: $35. 00-$50. 00 depending on experience and whether live-in or live-out Benefits: This position offers two weeks paid vacation, seven paid holidays, five paid sick days, plus guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year, and mileage reimbursement.
