Requirements: Must speak fluent Spanish (English not required) Proven experience caring for young children Experience with potty training Ability to encourage child development (fine and gross motor skills, safe scissors use, coordination games) No phone or social media use while working Punctual, consistent, and dependable Live within 15 minutes by car Comfortable supervising in our apartment complex (no driving required) Responsibilities: Play, read, and take walks with our child Provide safe, kind, and attentive care Prepare simple meals and snacks Support potty training patiently Encourage learning through play and educational activities No screens, no bathing just supervision and basic care Parent will be home studying during this time
