One Child, Light House Keeping

About the job

Single dad who needs help with my disabled/medically complex son; 4 in December. He is gtube fed and has autism. He needs help toileting and isn't potty trained. No medical background needed as I won't need you to provide medical care. He is a very very loving, sweet, charismatic, and smart boy. He's just a bit more colorful and spirited. Right now I'm looking for help on an as-needed basis, but would offer a guaranteed 4 hours per week if willing to do light house work when he's not too hyper, and if you have some schedule flexibility. I am more than willing to negotiate the pay rate. If a trusting relationship is built we can hire through a respite agency for a regular 10 hours per week and have you remain "on call" for other events in my life that I'd need babysitting for.
