Nanny/ Mommy's Helper

About the job

Hi! We are looking for a full time 40 hour nanny/ mommy's hleper . The schedule will likely vary week to week. You will have one day off a week and have one short day. Usual hours are 7:30-6, 3 days a week. One day off and one half day prob 1pm-6 p.m. Specifics can be teased out on a case to case basis so the schedule makes sense for the nanny and us (the family). Our son is 8 years old and in 2nd grade. He goes to school nearby for 8:15-3 p.m. daily (has some afterschool activities). Our two daughters are 4 and almost 2 both go to daycare close by on mwf from 8:30-12:30 (if picked up b4 nap) and 3 p.m. if picked up after nap. Nanny will be responsible for dropping off the girls to school and picking up all 3 and taking them to their aftersxhoool activities. Kids have. A Variety of afterschool activities we need help transporting them to. We have a van left at home which can be used for transport. Home tasks we would like help with are keeping kids rooms/ playroom picked up and organized. Making kids meals and some family meals. Laundry for the family*. Dishes and light housekeeping (like picking up on surfaces etc and putting kids toys away. We would like someone who is kind, sweet with the kids. Engaging. Willing to do some easy school work with the kids. Engaging verbally in learning (counting doing abcs w the toddler, encouraging the older two to do educational activities like practice writing, practice piano/ violin etc). Play games with the kids etc.
