Backup/On-Call Nanny Needed (Petaluma) We are a warm family in Petaluma seeking a reliable backup nanny for our 2-year-old twins when our primary nanny is unavailable. Looking for someone experienced with toddlers, patient, playful, and confident managing two energetic little ones. Responsibilities include engaging play, snacks, diapering, outdoor time, and supporting their daily routine. This is an as-needed role, usually between 9 AM–5 PM, with as much advance notice as possible. Must be dependable, safety-minded, authorized to work in the U. S., and able to provide references.
