Part-time nanny for 3-year-old. 1-2 days per week, depending on what kind of local preschool program we can get him in to. Must be interested and experienced in practicing an attachment caregiving style with a focus on connection over control. Position is W2 income. Mileage for errands and taking child to activities is reimbursed at IRS rate. We encourage as much outdoor time as possible. Our kiddo likes to go to the park, library, gymnastics, hikes, play outside, and play inside with trains. Both parents work in full-time, demanding roles. We have a 9-year-old yellow lab who is very friendly.
