Nanny For A Wonderful 4-Year-Old

My husband and I are looking for a part time nanny for our wonderful 4-year-old daughter. We set up a loving and play-oriented life for our little one- we are a no media family for her and love to collaborate on activities and play. Our work schedules are important to us so we are looking for someone who has limited conflicts and can maintain a regular, on time schedule. We of course can accommodate for vacations or needed time off but are looking for a reliable person. Opportunities for more hours after a relationship is established. Unfortunately, the Wednesday 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. is non-negotiable and not flexible as it reflects a teaching commitment that cannot be changed.
