8–9 hours/day (usually 8 AM–6 PMtwo days may start at 7 AM). Three Saturdays/month. During my surgery period (Jan–March), I’ll likely need support 7 days/week for about 5 weeks. Pay is $40/hr regular, $60/hrovertime, plus a $300/month health insurance stipend. When traveling, all expenses, accommodations, and meals are covered. Overnight travel: if actively working (overnight flights or caring for children); if sleeping while children sleep, $100/night (including travel days and Sundays, even if off). Duties: primary care for our 3-year-old and occasional care for our 14-month-old; manage routines, playdates, developmental activities; light child-related housekeeping; optional help with our small dog.
