Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Palmdale

Hello, I have a 3-year-old daughter and would like her to be prepared for kindergarten. Looking for someone who can create a curriculum for a 3-year-old and follow it as well. I do want the individual to come up with activities for a 3-year-old. Just an example I want the individual to work on phonics, reading, math, writing, coloring etc. This would be for 2-3 hours a day, Monday-Friday.
