Part Time Nanny In Afternoons For 1 Y/o Daughter

Looking for an experienced caregiver of young children to take some of the weekly pressure off my parents in watching my daughter at their home. She's 13mos now - walking, and in the midst of dropping to 1 nap and moving on from bottles. Help with these transitions would be great. Play, naps, meals, baths - under hawk like observation desired :) Occasionally have 2 small friendly dogs in the house. No driving, cooking or cleaning needed!
