Nanny Needed For 3 Kids Ages: 4y, 2y, And 3 Months

We are looking for a great nanny for 3 children to 330p, 20 hours per week. I am returning to work from maternity leave. I am a licensed mental health therapist and work from home conducting telehealth sessions with my clients. My husband is a retired Marine and works at a local bank now. He is still on parental leave. Our son (4y) is very social and outgoing, and loves to engage in self-led activities during quiet time. Our daughter (2y) has a medical diagnosis that has impacted her speech and gross motor skills, but she is very healthy, happy, and motivated to make progress. And our sweet baby girl was born in February and is such a smiley and happy baby. She is getting on a routine currently. We are looking for a nanny with baby & toddler experience, who is reliable, compassionate, and a good communicator.
