We are looking for someone to join our day-to-day life in a couple of ways. Primarily, as a care giver to our 14-month-old daughter. This would include spending approx. 15-20 hours a week directly caring for her. We will prioritize hiring someone with Montessori or Waldorf training / experience. For a few hours a week (3-5), another child or two may join to provide our daughter with time with peers. We would increase pay for these hours. Additionally - we would really like to have someone who could do some housework (we have a housekeeper who comes 1-2 days a week who we will keep on), meal prep, and - if interested - some personal assistant work (such as keeping inventory of items and ordering when needed). Ideally, you would be with us full-time, but we will also consider part-time availability for the right person.
