Spanish-speaking ROTA Nanny Needed March 2026 Web Job # 10836 Job Date: March 2026 Location: Woodside, California. Schedule: The schedule is ROTA, 7 days on and 7 days off. During work weeks, Nanny will work 12-16 hours per day, such as 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 pm, and will live-in while working but must have their own accommodations for off weeks. While the schedule does not require 24/7 working hours, Nanny should have a 24/7 mindset during work weeks and be willing to work some evening hours or overnights as needed when parents have events to attend or are traveling. Nanny will be required to work holidays and accompany the family on extensive travel, both of which will be split with a co-Nanny. Overall, flexibility is critical in this role. Children: 8 months old. Duties: The duties include childcare, preparing meals and snacks for child, child's laundry, light tidying and organizing related to child, and driving child and attending classes and activities in the future. Extensive domestic and international travel is also required. Requirements: A busy and active family of three in Woodside is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking ROTA Nanny to join their team! The ideal Candidate is positive, friendly, kind, and genuine. Family prefers a Candidate who is knowledgeable about child development and milestones and who ideally has an educational focus, creating stimulating activities for the child. A Candidate who is low ego, hardworking, and a collaborative team player will thrive in this role as they will team with other staff in a kind and family oriented work environment. Candidate must swim and have or be willing to obtain up-to-date vaccinations including COVID, MMR, Tdap, and flu vaccinations. Candidates must be local to the Bay Area or willing to relocate. The family is not considering Candidates seeking a fly-in/fly-out arrangement at this time. Salary: $135, 000-$150, 000 annually. Benefits: This position offers paid sick time, full health benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and guaranteed year-round pay. The family will be withholding taxes and using a payroll provider.
