Starting a new job after transitioning careers and having two kids back to back. Working a 9-5 and need solid care for slightly before and after these hours. Reliability and consistency is super important as I don't really have back ups. Looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, fun but firm, and someone that has lots of patience and enjoys children with lots of energy and personality. Interests: Nature, art & culture, music, dance & movement. Values: Honesty, compassion, empathy, respect, and pride The outdoors, music & dancing, nature, playing & having fun. Toddler likes anything with rhythm or dance involved. She's very active and busy. Likes running and chasing. Hiding. Peekaboo. Snack time. The park. We are learning potty training right now and she's starting to put two and three word sentences together Must have experience with kids this age. Must know how to have fun but also control the situation at all times. Should not be afraid to get dirty/wild/silly/playful with the kids. Must be super aware and hyper vigilant. My daughter is very fast and very curious. She can be tempted to explore places and things that might not be safe for her age. Parking. No pets in the home
