Part Time Sitter For My Newborn

We are expecting our first child near the end of September. We already have plenty of fur babies but this will be our first child! I like to think we are relatively relaxed people that are easy going. I am a work from home Property Manager but I sometimes have days and appointments that require me to venture outside. I need someone that can keep an eye on our newborn when I have appointments and also to help out a bit while I am at work during the day. I am located in North Highlands, my husband and I bought our home 3 years ago and have been here ever since. My schedule is flexible although I would primarily like Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for assistance. Possibly a Tuesday/Thursday on occasion and potentially less assistance on other days. It will really depend on my schedule and the sitter's schedule.
