Looking for a nanny to take care of our 2 sons (ages 3 and 5) while my husband and I work from home. We are looking for someone who can play with them yet still be firm and respected. We have tried younger sitters but found that they act more like friends with our boys and don't set firm boundaries with them, making them act rambunctious. They are amazing and sweet boys but can get wild if there is no structure.
