My wife and I have a 3-week-old baby. Im returning to work and we are looking for a night nanny to handle the overnight care while my wife adjusts to being home with the baby during my transition back to work and not being able to help with overnight and early morning feeding and care of the baby. The baby is becoming sometimes fussy going to sleep in the later evening, overnight, and early morning feedings. She has typically been fine with the feeding schedule but with then fussy nights it can take 1-2 hours to feed her and get her back to sleep. If she feeds and goes back to sleep without being fussy she will sleep through the night. Besides feeding, diaper changes, and soothing when fussy, no additional care is likely to be needed.
