Nanny (Part-time) Needed - 4 Month Old

We are looking for someone to help with our daughter. I work from home and have found it difficult to balance working and caring for our daughter. Duties include feeding, changing diapers, playing, and putting down for naps. We primarily need someone to spend 4-5 hours with her once (maybe twice) a week. This would be from Sept to mid-Jan. There is some flexibility with scheduling during these months. Feb to Apr is my busiest time of year and will need someone 2-3x/week. The hours will most likely be longer as well. We are looking for someone who is reliable, honest, confident and kind/compassionate. The other caveat is that we have 3 dogs: 1) Beagle/Dachshund mix (male - 14 years) , 2) Parson Russell Terrier (male - 10 years), Corgi (female - 4 years). You must be comfortable with dogs and managing them while caring for our daughter.
