Hi there! We’re looking for a caring, smart, and active recurring afterschool babysitter for our 5-year-old son. We recently said goodbye to our longtime nanny of two years who moved out of state to support her family. Regular duties include playtime, homework help, dinner, bath time, and winding down for bed. Our son thrives on routine, which makes caregiving very predictable. There may be light meal prep, but we usually have food ready or ordered. Our schedule is flexible as one parent travels often. He is a happy, energetic kid who loves telling jokes, cooking, art, nature, gardening, animals, and caring for his five backyard chickens! He’s also an early reader and would love support with homework and skill-building. We are a warm, communicative family hoping to find someone who can become a long-term part of our household.
