Overnight Respite Worker Willing To Work With CA State Payment System

We have a severely autistic 9-year-old son. We need him to start sleeping in his own bed in his own room. We are in the process of securing CA state funding through self determination which will pay you $32/hour and we will supplement the additional $8-18$/hour to bring you to $40-$50/hour overnight. We are looking for skilled caregivers with experience with autistic nonverbal children. The job will involve sleep training (professional assistance available) to get our son to sleep in his own bed. Must haves: -Willing to register with CA state respite services -Available at least 3 overnights per week (we are willing to hire more than one person for this coverage) -Experience with nonverbal autistic children -Willing to submit to enhanced background chedck Thank you.
