A loving family is seeking a warm, experienced, and reliable live-in nanny to care for their infant. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of early childhood development, communicates openly, and enjoys working collaboratively with first-time parents. This position offers a private ADU living space, all utilities paid, and a competitive market-rate salary in a positive, team-oriented home environment. Responsibilities Provide nurturing, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care for an infant Support first-time parents in establishing healthy sleep, feeding, and play routines Track and support developmental milestones Engage the child in creative, active, and educational play Prepare bottles, assist with infant/toddler feeding, and maintain cleanliness of feeding supplies Light household tasks and occasional meal prep for the family Communicate daily with parents about progress, routines, and needs Requirements Minimum 5 years full-time infant care experience Warm, loving, and emotionally intelligent Up to date on all major vaccines (including flu and Tdap) Current in-person CPR & First Aid certification Legal authorization to work in the U. S.
