With a commitment of 40-50+ hours per week, you'll play a crucial role in providing consistent and reliable assistance to our family for our almost 2-year-old daughter. Significant overtime opportunities available and the ability to join us for domestic/international travel. Our family embraces a holistic, eco-friendly, and sustainable lifestyle, fostering an organic environment for our baby. We have a no-screens household to encourage our children to engage with the space around them. Understanding the Montessori method is a plus, as we value a hands-on, child-led approach to learning, fostering independence and curiosity. While not required, Spanish-speaking skills would be amazing. :) Must have the desire to commit to 1-2+ years if it ends up being the right fit and the desire to be in Los Angeles.
