Hi! My husband and I are looking for a Special Needs & Autism/ASD experienced caregiver to babysit our 9-year-old daughter who has high-functioning Autism and ADHD. Our schedules are flexible, but we can guarantee a certain number of hours if you request. Job requirements: Autism care experience required, please do not apply if you have limited/no experience with autistic children. We will check references and do a trial period where we are with you while watching our daughter so we can make sure it is a good fit. Our daughter is kind, fun and mostly just wants to play! Some days she is more flexible than other days, so we are looking for a patient care giver with experience structuring play schedules & positive reinforcement. She has some rigidity so must be able to handle 'No', scripting, & occasional ASD meltdown.
