Schedule: Typically Tues-Fri from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. beginning April 1 (when our daughter will be 6 months old). ----- Philosophy: vaccinated, screen-free, environment focused on development, play ---- Us: I work from home most Fridays but typically back-to-back meetings so limited involvement; my husband works out of the home. Tidy home; one friendly cat named George. ---- Responsibilities: Everything you'd expect - managing routines (naps, feeding, wake windows), supporting transition to solid foods, personal care (diapers, bathing if needed, etc.), organizing age-appropriate educational activities, fostering an environment of exploration and development, creative play; light tidying around the house including laundry, etc.
