Flexible Local Babysitter For My Son

About the job

My son is 13. I need someone 100% reliable to be at my home and take care of my son. My schedule changes daily so days/times are approximate but probably around 14 hours per week or more depending on my schedule so I need someone very flexible, punctual and reliable. I also need someone who is available for on call outside of these hours. He also receives respite services, so I need to find someone who is willing to be registered with the company and paid by them.
