Seeking Full-Time Nanny For 8-Year-Old Boy With ASD

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on a child's life? We are looking for a nurturing and experienced nanny to join our family and care for our 8-year-old son with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) on a full-time basis. The schedule alternates. Monday and Tuesday are set, then every other Friday through Wednesday. We may require overnight help from time to time and family vacations, so having a passport helps. Responsibilities: Provide attentive and personalized care to meet the unique needs of our son. Engage in fun and educational activities to support his development and interests. Implement behavior management strategies recommended by his therapists. Collaborate with parents and therapists to ensure consistent care and progress. Requirements: Previous experience working with children with ASD or similar special needs is highly useful, but we are willing to help train. Understanding of ASD and willingness to learn and adapt.
