The best Nanny for the family would be someone extremely trustworthy, reliable, and punctual. The family is also looking for a Nanny who is patient, eager to learn new things, and is compassionate. Our ideal Nanny is someone who can develop a nurturing relationship with the children and willing to help around the house where needed. Its important that continuous protective supervision of the children be provided while maintaining a professional, friendly, safe and secure environment. Both kids will be in various therapies much of the day - speech and occupational, as well as some ABA - some transportation is needed as well as housekeeping and grocery shopping while kids are in their program
